The device is connected upstream of one or up to four standard DALI luminaires and groups them under a single Casambi address (maintenance-friendly broadcast mode). This allows them to be integrated into a Casambi network and configured via the Casambi app. The luminaires can be controlled collectively in broadcast mode via additional control components such as push-buttons, Push-button couplers and sensors, as well as via the Casambi app interface. Daily, weekly and annual schedules for controlling the connected luminaires can be configured. Depending on the luminaire model, connected Tunable White luminaires can be set directly to the selected colour temperature between 2700–6500 K. Furthermore, a circadian daylight profile (Human Centric Lighting – HCL) can be individually configured and saved within this range, which the connected luminaires will follow collectively.
