Transparent technology
The ring-shaped design of the Iris reveals the technology within. The combination of crystal-clear transparency, microprismatic optical control and diffusely scattering side surfaces of the housing creates a distinctive appearance. The transparent housing offers a glimpse of the internal technology. The housing enables exceptionally efficient lighting – whether as a pendant, surface-mounted, wall-mounted or recessed luminaire. Whether in canteens, corridors, foyers or office spaces – the prismatic cover ensures maximum visual comfort. Just like the human eye, the Iris is available in a range of colours. These accents are created by side films – and can, for example, reflect your company’s corporate identity. The 2-channel circuit boards allow for both monochrome and dynamic white applications. Within the range of 2700 to 6500 K, the light colour can be continuously adjusted via dimming. This means, for example, that the sun’s path throughout the day can be simulated using a suitable control system.
