Non-metric LED retrofit fixture for the rapid retrofitting of RIDI LINIA continuous-row lighting systems (7-pin, wired). White, made from profiled galvanised steel, surface coated with polyester resin, featuring a prismatic, continuous optical design without joints. Luminaire length specifically designed for a 1:1 replacement of existing 58 or 35/49/80-watt fluorescent lamp gear trays without altering luminaire or cover spacing. Designed for applications with high technical requirements. Wiring-connected trunking manufactured between 2003 and 2009. 3-in-1 spring steel clip with triple function: retaining clip, fall protection clip and positioning aid for fitting onto the trunking (VLT-T16 and VLT-T26). The gear tray is suitable for refurbishing existing installations with trunking fitted with 7-core wired cabling (VLT-T16 and VLT-T26). Direct wide beam light distribution combined with prismatic optics made from clear, UV-stabilised PMMA, integrated flush with the gear tray. High-quality appearance with no visible joints, ensuring a continuous, homogeneous light pattern. Thanks to its prismatic optics, the gear tray is easy to maintain and clean. Toolless mounting; installation takes place at fixed positions on the trunking (VLT-T16 and VLT-T26). Earth connection is automatically established via forced earthing. Optimum efficiency thanks to mid power LEDs with enhanced resistance to harmful gases, used as linear modules. Thermal decoupling between LED modules and the converter. Colour rendering index Ra ≥ 80, colour temperature 4000 Kelvin (840) Retrofit: When replacing T16/T26 (T5/T8) gear trays with twist-lock fastenings with an LED retrofit gear tray, it is essential to perform the mounting of the supplied securing clips.
