LED gear tray made of extruded aluminium profile, white powder coated with enlarged light emission surface. RIDI LED linear modules fitted with mid-power LEDs for maximum efficiency. The SELV-conforming circuit boards are pressed onto the entire surface of the extruded aluminium profile for optimum thermal dissipation. The solder joints of the LED modules are tested to the strictest quality standards with regard to cavities and stability in the event of vibration and torsion. No thermal coupling between LED modules and converter. Lifetime L80B50 at 50,000h. Longitudinal glare limitation due to opal, UV-stabilised PMMA panel. End caps made of thermoplastic for protection rating up to IP54.Optional factory-fitted clear panel for easy removal of dirt deposits on the underside (protection rating IP40).Spring steel clip for fastening the gear tray in the VLTM trunking. Together with the VLTM trunking for the production of modular and variable continuous rows with IP20 and IP54 protection ratings. The gear trays can be mounted anywhere in the trunking. Electrical adapter for flexible tapping through wiring in the trunking with automatically contacted PE conductor. Phase selection via sliding contact. Colour and optical coding for easy mounting. Mechanical coding to prevent incorrect installation (polarity reversal).With variably positioned gear trays and coincidence of electrical component with trunking connector, mounting is only possible with the VLTV ...-600 trunking connector.
