Design and quality in a whole new dimension

Thanks to its highly stable profile geometry, the Stora-L profile is ideally suited to the manufacture of ring lights with high luminous flux, as the light is not fed into the housing from the side; instead, aluminium circuit boards manufactured in-house are used for direct backlighting. This means that the direct component and the indirect component can be controlled separately and, at the maximum diameter of 1,900 mm, achieve a luminous flux of just under 20,000 lm. The Stora-LK not only meets the highest standards in terms of performance, but also sets new benchmarks for quality: For example, the opal panels are provided with stepped milled joints at the seams to prevent the LED components behind them from showing through when the material expands due to temperature changes. The hairline joints where the extruded aluminium profiles meet are designed to be light-tight, and sturdy wooden crates are used to ensure safe transport.
