Trunking
In all versions, the trunking features a continuous conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm² and is therefore ideally designed for future requirements. The continuous power supply offers maximum flexibility in planning – gear trays and module inserts can be positioned flexibly and securely.
Easy networking
- BLUE = 5-pole: Ideal for cost-efficient projects
- PURPLE = 7-pole: Perfect for entry into lighting management or emergency lighting integration
- PURPLE + GREEN = 13-pole: Optimal for projects with integrated emergency lighting and sensors/lighting control
- PURPLE + PURPLE = 14-pole: For complex requirements with two DALI three-phase circuits
Compliant for the food industry
The trunking has options with pre-mounted IP seals. It is ideally suited for food areas without high-pressure cleaning. Hygienically safe in accordance with HACCP, IFS and BRC Food Safety.

Trunking connector – DUO CONNECT
Secure connection
The DUO CONNECT trunking connector combines mechanical and electrical connection in a single component. This creates a reliable and secure connection that significantly reduces installation effort and enables simple, tool-free assembly.
Effortless installation
The DUO CONNECT trunking connector can be installed easily using two fingers. All standard gear trays can be installed collision-free at the joints.
High protection rating
With protection rating IP54, the seal is already integrated into the DUO CONNECT trunking connector. It is positioned internally, provides optimal protection and is only subtly visible from the outside.
Gear trays
With more than 3,000 gear trays in its portfolio, the RIDI LINIA EVO light-line system offers a tailored solution for every lighting requirement. The proven modular system with a wide range of optics and light distributions provides maximum flexibility and versatile application possibilities.
KEYFACTS:
- High Temperature – ambient temperatures up to 55 °C
- Protection rating up to IP54
- Efficiencies up to 206 lm/W
- Low-glare working with a UGR ≤ 19
Spotlight modules
Our spotlight modules showcase products impressively. Light accents can be positioned with pinpoint accuracy so that every detail is optimally highlighted. High colour rendering ensures that materials, surfaces and colours appear authentic and vivid. Coordinated colour temperatures also create the ideal atmosphere for every retail environment – from warm and inviting to clear and modern.

Emergency lighting – our partners
Monitoring modules from all common manufacturers of emergency lighting systems, such as CEAG / EATON, INOTEC, Gessler, RP Group and GAZ / GSYSTEMS, can be integrated into suitable luminaires. These modules communicate with the central emergency lighting system and transmit the status of the emergency luminaire. This flexibility enables a highly integrated and holistic lighting solution. In addition, these manufacturers offer a comprehensive product portfolio for a wide range of applications.
Hybrid lighting control solutions for all areas of application
The VL2MF modules with Bluetooth Low Energy–based light and presence sensors are available in various versions and cover a wide range of applications from office environments to industrial and logistics settings.
The sensor technology enables demand-oriented lighting control based on presence and daylight measurement, thus making a significant contribution to maximum energy efficiency.
Configuration is conveniently carried out via the Casambi app. In addition, the modules can be networked wirelessly with a wide range of system and control elements. The standardised VL2 DALI gear trays are combined with sensors and system components into a single Casambi wireless address and are controlled in maintenance-friendly broadcast mode.
RIDI LINIA EVO Sport – upgrade to ball impact resistance
The RIDI LINIA EVO Sport accessory upgrade makes both new and existing RIDI LINIA EVO continuous lighting systems ball impact resistant.
With the additional protective and fastening elements, the system achieves the required resistance for sports and multi-purpose areas in accordance with DIN 18032-3.
This means that existing installations remain usable and can be flexibly expanded without having to replace the base system.
The familiar light quality of RIDI LINIA EVO is maintained – optionally in UGR classes 25, 22 or 19 for standards-compliant, low-glare lighting. The upgrade is particularly suitable for school sports halls, multi-purpose halls as well as educational and training spaces with high safety requirements.

Node connectors
The node connectors, with their delicate and flat design, form a positive fit with the trunking and emphasize the slim overall appearance of the RIDI LINIA EVO continuous lighting system. With connectors in L, T and X shapes, right-angled constructions can be created in a very wide variety.
Sustainability
In 2023, RIDI focused on sustainable optimisations – with 1,600,000 metres of trunking rails produced, delivering significant added value for the environment.
The highly efficient luminaire inserts and the flexible design of the power supply systems are only part of the sustainable benefits of RIDI LINIA EVO. Thanks to improved packaging technology, packaging volume was reduced by more than 80% compared to the previous model while maintaining the same level of transport protection.
In addition, the transport protection caps of the trunking are now made from compostable bioplastic. Another advantage: the highly automated production of trunking and gear trays takes place at RIDI’s headquarters in Jungingen.
