Design: LED gear tray made from sectional extruded aluminium, with powder-coated finished. RIDI LED linear modules fitted with mid-power LEDs for the highest efficiency. LED modules feature an attached matt reflector to ensure efficient light emission. End caps of thermoplastic for protection rating IP40. Gear tray width is identical to the trunking. Spring steel clips for fixing the gear tray along the VLTM trunking. In conjunction with VLTM trunking, configurations of modular variable continuous lighting systems conform to IP20 and IP40 protection rating. The gear trays can be mounted anywhere along the trunking, except for at the trunking joints. The gear trays must not overlap at the trunking connection points. The electrical adapter has automatically protected conductors that allow the electrical connection to be varied along the carrier rail. Phase selection by means of sliding contact. Colour and optical coding for simple mounting. Mechanical coding to prevent incorrect mounting (reversed polarity protection).
