LED funding scheme for local councils goes to the next round!

The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) funding scheme as part of the national climate change initiative is moving to the next stage:
As already over recent years, the subsidy scheme is directed towards local councils, social or cultural institutions and companies which are 100% administered by local authorities.
Make use of this opportunity for an investment subsidy of 30 % to renovate your indoor and hall lighting.
For day care centres, schools, youth clubs, sports halls and swimming pools, the subsidies can be as high as 40%!
Within the framework of the scheme, investment which directly results in sustainable reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is being given a welcome boost. There is funding support available to those installing high-efficiency LED lighting, control and regulating systems (light management systems) which bring about at least a 50% reduction in carbon emissions compared to the previous system.
